It's all been said before, a million times, and what she didn't write about would have been the interesting stuff... She is either the shallowest woman on the face of the earth or the ghostwriter was filling in the pages like a Paint By Number set. How anyone could have lived through that whole period, and been married to those two men, and have so little depth of context is beyond me, other than maybe she's drank and drugged herself into a kind of stupor and remembers scraps and bits and has no actual recollection of anything except flashes now and then.
