Prayers and Thoughts for Maggie and Miss Ash on this Mothers Day! I recieved a message to friends from Ash on MySpace. It was sad indeed as she told how her Mother Maggie was in icu since friday night with a recurring problem. I debated with my Daughter and a feller Moondog and decided it best not to post the letter Ash wrote. She posted it on a public forum but it is a tad personal so I tried to think what Maggie would think when she gets better and reads this.
Maggie is one of the Good Good People. There seem to be so few anymore. She is a deeply Loving caring person. Not an evil bone in her red headed body. She thinks alot of me and that is rare for me as I get older and My Mother, Father, Sister and the ones who have to Love me are gone.
I am listening to 'Beaucoups of Blues' as I write this for some comfort. I am sorry not to have written something earlier. I have not seen any of the Moongals online to get their input. The Ladies know how to handle these things. I always end up being tacky and unthinking, typical male.
I saw Pearl had posted but did not see her online to talk to her. LL has not been online nor has Dorothy. So I am trying to write this the best I know how. According to Ash's letter her Mother was close to leaving us. Hope that is not saying too much. We are all Maggies friends and think the World of her. All Ash has writen since Friday is a poem to comfort herself about a man she saw in the Hospital. So no news is Good news as the saying goes.
I have not sent Ashley a message as I know not what to say. I am ashamed as she surely needs to know we are thinking of her. I couldn't fly to Utah if Ringo was there giving away hundred dollar bills. Plus company can be a burden in these trying times.
Was trying to find a Beatlefest photo from Almsot Chicago to post here, but not sure Maggie would want a photo posted. I may just find a little girl picture of Ashley as that is her Baby! Not sure what else to say or do.
Re: Prayers and Thoughts for Maggie and Miss Ash on this Mothers Day! well said Rat-pal. We all wish the McMaggs the best and keep her in our thoughts and prayers.
