more back surgery
They cut me open tomorrow for the 4th time to work on my back. Seems the fusion I had in 2002 has worn out the disc above the fusion.I have had bad pain again for about a month. Let's hope this is the last surgery on my back. He is gonna fuse the new problem disc to my other fusion.

thanks doc got to wear the brace again for 3 months fun times. But it is better than the pain, it has been real bad the past week.

Thanks musketeer gripweed, and a very good idea indeed LL, maybe I will think of my favorite ringo tunes on the way out. I found out from the hospital my surgery is on Fri. The doc said it would be on thursday last week when we were setting this up. Gonna call the doc this morning just to be sure, but the hospital said it was FRI.

I did find out that the doctor is gonna remove my old hardware from my fusion in 2002 and he is gonna use new hardware which he will fuse with both discs. Sounds painful lol. But it can't hurt much more than i am hurting already.

good luck Mark. make sure they use a magic marker pre-surgery to mark where they need to operate.
