Anne's POV
We walked into the heathrow airport security, hearing Allie yell hysterically.
"What am I doing here? I didn't do anything wrong! Please, I have to get my daughter home, she's tired and-"
I turned to Orlando. "Go." He whispered. "You're the one who needs to do this"
I nodded and smiled at him, stepping forward.
"Officer Brady?" I asked
He nodded.
"I'm Anne Allen." I said. "We spoke on the phone?"
"Ah yes of course. Your daughter is here"
I sighed in relief with a smile.
"We'll have to have a dna test to confirm your the mother of course"
I froze. "I'm not Lizzie's biological mother."
"Beg pardon?" He asked.
"Allie, the woman you have in custody is. She abandoned Elizabeth the day she was supposed to come home from the hospital. I lived across the hall from Orlando, her father and-"
"Do you have proof of adoption?"
"We're in the middle of the adoption process right now actually and I-"
"Mommy!" I heard, turning to see my two year old toddling towards me.
"Lizzie!" I scooped her up in my arms. "Oh my baby..I'm so sorry, are you okay?"
She nodded, hugging me.
The officer smiled. "I suppose we can leave the paperwork to another day."
"Thank you Officer Brady"
I walked out, carrying her in my arms.
"Allie Peters, you are under arrest for the abduction of a minor..you have the right to remain silent, anything you say, can and will be used in the court of law...."
I heard as I walked past Allie, cradeling Lizzie closer to me, as I met Orlando in the hallway.
"Daddy!" she squealed, reaching for him. He smiled, pulling her from my arms into a huge bear.
"Hi baby. Oh, we were so scared. We missed you so much. Are you okay?" He said, rocking her softly. She didn't answer, just snuggled up to his chest.
"We're free to go" I told him.
"It's too late to fly back tonight. We can call my mum or get a hotel..or.."
"Call Sonia!! Please??" I said exitedly.
He laughed. "Okay love. Okay..." He used the payphone, calling his mother, and letting her know we'd be staying there for the night. Then, we took a cabbie to her house. Orlando stepped out, reaching his free hand to me, then wrapping it around my shoulders to protect me from the cold. I smiled and looked up at him, his soulful brown eyes shining down at me, his cute button nose. And mowhawk...to anyone else, it would make him look tough....to me..he still looked like my Orlando. Sweet..and smart and funny. He looked so diffrent than when we'd left England over a year before. But he was still my Orlando.

Orlando's POV
I carried my sleeping daughter, and laid her down in Sam's room, kissing her forhead. I looked back, seeing Anne standing in the doorway. I walked over, with a smile.
"Hi." I said softly.
"Hi." She said, looking up at me shyly. I leaned down and kissed her softly, pulling away after a few seconds. I smiled, and walked out into the hallway.
"You really don't think I'm letting you get away that easily do you?" She said, and pulled me backwards, kissing me again. I wrapped my arms around her waist, tugging her closer to me in one swift motion, I smiled as I felt her arms come around my neck. Kissing her was diffrent than kissing anyone else...especially Allie. Allie's kisses were powerful, forceful. Anne's were...sweet, and caring...but still not completley innocent.
She finally pulled away, looking up at me with a twinkle in her eyes. "Wow....."
I chuckled "No kidding...wow"
She smiled, giving him a hug "Goodnight." She said, turning into Sam's bedroom.
"You can stay with me you know" I whispered.
She turned, looking back at me.
"I mean...you know you can trust me"
She smiled. "I know"
I smiled and took her hand, leading her next door into my bedroom.
"So this was your room growing up?"
I nodded, lying down. "Yeah...do you like it?"
She smiled. "You really haven't changed much" She said, looking at the pictures.
"Anne?"
She turned around. "hmm?"
"It's 3am. Lets get some sleep. I'll give you a tour tommorow"
She laughed, walking over. "Okay"
I grabbed her by the waist, pulling her down on the bed. She squealed, giggling.
I smiled, balancing my chin on her stomach. "I love you"
She leaned down, kissing me. "I love you too Orlando"
I smiled, kissing her lips, and sliding under the covers. "Goodnight."
She curled up in bed. "night"

Annie's POV
I heard a soft knock very early in the morning. I looked up, opening one eye.
"Come in" I croaked softly. I smiled, seeing Orlando's mother poke her head in.
"Oh...good morning" I said, blushing a bit to be seen in the same bed with her son.
"Good morning dear. There's a spot of breakfast downstairs if your hungry. Ask the big bear there if he wants any"
I laughed. "Big bear?"
"You know, how bears go into hibernation for months? Orlando's like that. Nearly bloody impossible to wake up once he's found a good sleep"
"I know! He's impossible to wake up!" I laughed softly. "I'll make sure he gets up."
"And what about my lovely granddaughter."
"I'll get her up and changed in a minute. She's even more challening than her father" I laughed, and got up out of bed and walked out into the hallway with her. Sonia leaned over, putting her hand on my arm.
"I know Orlando's thanked you a million times, but I wanted to do it myself." She smiled. "Allie was never good for Orlando. I told him over and over." She sighed, as if thinking. "I want you to know, that Elizabeth.....and Orlando wouldn't be the same without you. He's been in love with you..nearly since you've moved in. And the bond that you and Elizabeth have. It's special Annie...don't let anyone take it away."
"I won't Sonia. Thank you"
She smiled and leaned over, hugging me. "Your welcome darling. Now get that family of yours up!"
I laughed. "Yes ma'am!" I turned, walking into the bedroom, and crawling into bed beside Orlando, kissing his neck softly.
"Wake up" I whispered. He groaned, and wrapped his arms around me, trying to pull me down beside him. "Nope..come on...get up"
"No!!" He whined, burrying his face in my lap. "Okay fine, I'll just go get your mum to wake you up" I said, turning to get up.
"No, no! I'm up!" He sat up, looking adorable. His hair was sticking up evrey way. I laughed, smoothing down his hair a little. He grabbed me, scooping me down into the bed, and kissing he softly, laughing.
"Ugh! Your mean!" I said, trying to wiggle out of his grasp.
"Nope! I'm eating you for breakfast!" He said, kissing and nipping at my stomach playfully, making eating noises.
I giggled. "Stop! That tickles!!!" I squealed. He rolled over, pinning me to the bed.
"I love you Annie."
I laughed. "I love you too! Now let me goooo!"

As more giggles erupted, Orlando continued tickling me. I heard a small cry come from the next room.
"Good job einstine! You woke her up!" I laughed, trying to get up.
"Mmmm...we have to behave in front of the little one...and in front of mum...so kiss me. Then you can go" He said, with a wanting look in his eyes
I laughed softly, wrapping my arms around his neck, and pulling him down for a deep kiss.

Orlando's POV
I smiled as I felt her lean up and capture my lips in a passionate kiss. I rolled over, pulling her on top of me, and resting my hands on the small strip of tanned skin that lie between her shirt and soft cotton pajama pants.
A fierce cry from the next room was the only force that could pull me away from Anne at that moment. I sighed, stroking her face.
"Moooommmmmy!" I heard. Anne climbed off of me, smiling as she went to rescue our little girl from her lonliness.
Anne's POV
I walked in, reaching for the toddler who was climbing from the bed.
"Good morning princess!" I said, twirling her in the air. She latched onto my neck and giggled.
I changed her from her pink pajamas into her miniature blue jeans and a purple sweater, tying her hair back into pigtails. I didn't realize Orlando had entered the room until I heard Elizabeth squeal.
"Daddy! Daddy!" She lept from the bed, running to him. I laughed, putting my hands on my hips as I watched them. I smiled and leaned forward to kiss his cheek when I felt a sharp smack to my nose.
"No! Mine!" Elizabeth glared at me.
"You won't share daddy with me?"
"Mine!" She said stubbornly. I realize I should have scolded her for hitting, but she was so cute, clinging onto Orlando's neck so fiercely.
"No hitting Lizzie" Orlando said softly, taking care of the scolding for me. "What if I kiss mummy, is that okay?"
"No! My mommy!" she said, grabbing onto my arm.
I laughed. "Someone's a little selfish." I reached up, taking her into my arms. "Come on. Grandma fixed breakfast" I said, walking with her to the kitchen.

It's a nice view of domestic bliss, which probably means that something is about to interrupt it.
