Neat! I've been wanting to really get into sewing and I thought about making doll clothes as a good way to practice - but I was thinking much bigger than Barbie! Like Firle said, I bet the work can get really fussy because it's so small!!!

Thanks for sharing! emoticon

Thanks, Firlefanz & TaxasMadness! emoticon

making your own cloth is easier than making Barbie's.

it only take 2 hours to make myself a pajama set, but it could take up entire day to make a tiny little Barbie dress.

one good thing is--doll costumes dont cost much fabric. you can use all unwanted cloth at home. so, these are time-consuming but money-saving projects. it is fun & rewarding as well.

I love the eyes you did on the dolls! Very pretty!!! And wow....that had to have taken some time to do, such small details.

The clothes are really neat as well. Fenyx started sewing when she was just a kid, making doll clothes, and she still does on occassion...but man, SHE can sew!! I bet you can too!!!
