Re: Spring 09 weightloss

Don't feel to bad. When I weighed myself four weeks ago I was back up to 270lbs!! Highest is 272 I think??
I last weighed myself almost two weeks ago and I was 264.5lbs.
I haven't weighed since and I don't really want to emoticon

Altho, now that warmer weather is FINALLY here I know I'm losing some working around the yard and garden. I'm determined not to weigh until I can wear my tight shorts comfortably again.

As to busy days and not wanting to cook...... the crockpot really is your best friend!! Put it together the night before or in the morning before you leave. If the meal only needs to cook for four hours or whatever, go to the dreaded Walmart and buy a plug-in timer for $4.
Or...... on the rare days you are home and have lots of energy, cook several large meals on that day and freeze them.
Those two tactics save us a LOT of eating out.
I'm sure you already know that, just felt like sharing anyways emoticon

Hmm. Checked my weight this morning, and it was one kg less than two weeks ago. That's good.

I now stand at 78,2 kg. Long term goal is 58 kg. Short term goal (that is, in the next six months): 72 kg
