Away for a seminar
I'll be away for a week, back on Saturday.
Travelling starts in a few hours. I'm looking forward to this, although computer troubles are making me unhappy. Ah, well.

I'm back, and it was great!
The group was great, we did lots of quality therapy work with each other, and I learned a lot more about the techniques I've already been using. (And a lot about myself.)
Now I "just" have to carry over what I experienced there into my ordinary life. Not that easy, but hey, it's worth it.
