I believe you just put the CD in the disk drive, open the folder/file on the CD, and then just copy it to wherever you want to store it on your PC.

No problem, if you do use this download site make a dedicated folder for your downloaded stuff to go into. Somewhere in the C: drive should do.
Always look for people who are hosting files (Peers) and Leechers (people who also have the file and are sharing it too). Check for comments (if any) before you download. Any further questions, drop me a message
