It's a flash challenge, with no more than 200 words to an entry. Every writer and everyone who wants to be a writer is welcome to participate. The deadline is September 15th. Check here for more details:

There is now a science fiction section for you to enjoy. Talk about science, faster-than-light travel, ray guns and all the other glorious things that may or may not be in our future.

And I've picked up an old tradition: Mystical Adventures is once again running a flash challenge! A flash challenge involves writing a short piece of text or story to an inspirational topic. Look for the details right here:
