This is a new board I started back in January, so we are still low on members..actually I am still the only current member. Anyways if you like to write stories, poetry, songs, or anything else than you really got to check out my board.

Re: Writing Forums

That's a nice looking board you got there.

I'd suggest to put a topic of your own into each of your forums - that way, new members will know what you expect and feel less shy about joining and posting.

All the best for your board. emoticon

Yes, I also have a writing forum on my boards. I have posted some of my stories, but you can see some others I typed up on my website. Website address can also be found on my boards.

Looking good.

You still have some forums with no real topics in them, though. emoticon

Re: Writing Forums

you think I should shorten the forums, like narrow it down a bit? It sure looks like alot, and if so what should I get rid of/merge together, and what should I keep?

Re: Writing Forums

That's not easy to decide, but you could check if there are forums that don't get used much. Those could be merged with others, for example.

It's easier to keep a board active if it has less forums - simply cuts down on the number of topics you have to keep in the air.

Good luck. emoticon

Re: Writing Forums

I've rearannged the forums and got rid of alot of them. Now the content is in a smaller area, and the activity are in few forums and not spread out like they were. What do you think now?
