A CHOSEN Family for LIfe//Eating Disorders & SI
 Hi Everyone,
I'm assuming if you are reading this, you are battling either an EATING DISORDER or SELF-INJURY tendencies. Don't feel alone anymore!
two years ago, a friend I met online and I decided we needed a place where we could just be ourselves and NOT have to worry about anyone judging us due to our illnesses, but we alos wanted to place where TRUE, long-term friendships could be formed and where everyone that came there KNEW instinctively that they would be welcomed, loved, and never judged. So far, that has worked and the support on this board is AMAZING!!
The only NO-NO's for this board are that you can't give ANY tips or tricks that can be used in your illnesses, and even if you don't agree with what somone says, you respond in a tone of respect for the person posting!
the other amazing part of this board is that it branches out from just these two illnesses into numerous categories that are about getting to know the group BEYOND what makes them tick with their ED/SI.
If you suffer from anorexia, bulimia or EDnos or any form of SI, and you NEED and WANT someplace where you can openly be yourself, then follow my link and go check out the board! Read a bit, check out the forums, then decide if the atmosphere is for YOU!! I GUARANTEE you will be welcomed and accepted...and unlike most boards, just about everyone on this board ends up using their REAL NAMES when talking to each otehr rather than just "screen names", but that's up to you!! EVERYONE on this board is an equal and everyone's pain is equal to everyone else's DESPITE what they call their illness!

Good luck with your board. I think its great that there are boards out there like this, there are many people that im sure will identify with all you have to offer and pop along.
