BJ's Kitchen ~ a weight loss board
I started Weight Watchers at the end of July (2008) and would love to get a group of you who are trying to lose weight to join me for some recipe sharing and discussions! I already have lots of info posted to get us started!

I continue to follow the Weight Watchers program and have lost 20 pounds so far. You can follow my progress by becoming a member of the board, now called BJ's Diet Kitchen
I'm always adding new recipes and other diet content so stop by for a visit soon!
