All Avalon
If you're a fan of the Christian music vocal group Avalon, my board is for you! It's called All Avalon.

The name came sort of as a play on words. First, it's all about Avalon, so that seemed appropriate. Second, I thought it would be good because both words start with the letter A. The play on words is because the group has a song on their album The Creed that's called "All," and it was a radio single for them starting in 2004. So there you have it: the explanation of the name.
There are currently a few forums that you can post in. Below the "Main Chat" forum is one called "Introduce Yourself". There, you can do just that when you first join the board. In fact, I recommend doing so. I'd like to know a little bit about my board members when they join. Then, there's the "Avalon Chat" forum. In this forum, you're free to talk everything Avalon! Just post any kind of random comments; the only requirement is that they're related to the music group Avalon. The other forum is called "Avalon Q&A". This forum is specifically for asking and answering each other's Avalon-related questions. If you have a question about the group, any members past or present, their music, or anything like that, post it as a new topic, and another member can reply with an answer. You never know; the answer might even be from me!
I am currently thinking of planning some new forums where you'll be able to talk about the present and former members' solo ministries, and I'll be giving you updates on those here when they're added. If you have decided to join the All Avalon board, thanks!

I added a new forum specifically for posting videos. If you want to post a link to an Avalon video from YouTube or somewhere like that, then post it in the Avalon Videos forum. There's also another new forum called Board Q&A. There, you can ask questions about the board in general or give me a few suggestions.

When I started this topic, I said I was planning on making forums at All Avalon where you could talk about each member of Avalon individually and his or her solo music/ministry. Well, they're finally here! There are several new forums grouped under a separator where you can chat about your favorite members. The forums are simply titled with the members' names, so all you have to do is just click on the name. For example, if you want to talk specifically about Cherie, then just click on the forum "Cherie Adams". It's that simple!

I've added a new forum where you can vote in polls for your favorite Avalon song from each of their albums. You can read more in Forums Explained at the board's What You Should Know forum. You can also vote for your favorite song from individual members' solo albums in their forums. You can vote for your favorite song from these former and current members' albums: Janna, Jody, Melissa and Cherie.

you can now vote in polls for your favorite solos from different members in Avalon. So far, you can vote for your favorite solos from Janna, Jody, Michael and Melissa. I'll be adding more soon. Check out those polls in each of their forums at All Avalon. I've also added a brand new forum called Avalon Live: The Concert Corner. Creative name, isn't it? Well actually, the first part is barrowed from the name of their Web site, AvalonLive.com. The second part was just some good alliteration, which I think, by the way, is a really good way to attract people to your board: use catchy names for your board and forums, with creative alliteration!
Anyway, the new forum is for sharing stories from any Avalon or solo member concerts you may have been to. You can share your own experiences, or comment on something from someone else's story (or stories).

Avalon Live: The Concert Corner has been changed. Both the names are still there, but The Concert Corner is now a separator, and Avalon Live is a forum where you can share stories from just Avalon shows. There are other forums in this group where you can talk about each member's solo concerts separately.
Oh, and don't forget to vote in my many polls!

I changed the poll for Jody's solos in Avalon. I realized that I had forgotten about the fact that he had the solo on "Don't Save It All For Christmas Day," so I deleted the original topic and created a new one, adding that song as an option, and I left out all the others where he didn't have the full solo, like "The Glory" and "Adonai". I'm sorry if that disappoints you, but to make up for it, you can vote for those songs in the Favorite Avalon Song Polls forum.

I have added a new forum under the Avalon separator. It is called "Avalon Album News," and I have also moved all the topics relating to their upcoming album there. In this forum, you can share news about not only new Avalon CD's, but they also have a new Live DVD coming out in September, and you can post about that there as well.
