I have to say that I just read this thread and it made me really sad, I noticed it was started by our member Love Chips. She passed away just before Christmas last year from Cancer.
I have only just found this thread. Its like a little message was left here from her for us. Most sad.

It makes sense also that is you loved CHiPs that you want to come and see us.
But we are not just about CHiPs, we are a great community of friends from all over the globe from the UK (most of us are UK based, we also are known in Turkey, China, Japan, German, USA, France, Italy, Africa, Canada too,) and we welcome new friends. We talk about all kinds of things, we have fun, we get sad when you get sad, we pick you up when you are sad, and when you have great news we are there to celebrate it with you.
We have members who are not CHiPPies, they just loved the friendship. A place to get away form daily stresses of life.
Sure the theme is CHiPs, Its was the greatest cop show ever. But we are more than CHiPs. We are people, we are human, and most of all we are friendly.
