My FIRST metal worked pendant hehe The following is a pendant I made last night, out of necessity actually, cause sodalite helps with my immune disease's affects on my thyroid. Anywho I used some wire I had from building my iguana's cage then wrapped it around the stone. Seems simple enough, no? Lol was actually quite difficult getting the wire to cooperate with the stone, but regardless here it is lol.
I know it's not quite pretty, but functional lol. I wanted to try to figure out how to put a little weaving into the pendant, but didn't work lol. Any sites or books that could give some hints? heh
Re: My FIRST metal worked pendant hehe I don't know any sites or books off the top of my head, but there are plenty out there. Look for "wire wrapping". It can be a lot of fun and I've seen some really excellent pieces.
