"Mood Music"
So, just curious, what do you all like to listen to while you're working, or what type of music gets you inspired?
For me, it can be anything to get me inspired, really. Mostly it's Tool or Nine Inch Nails though.
As for music when I'm working, I like to listen to Boards of Canada, Royksopp, Air, and other more instrumental techno-y stuff like that. 
oh yeah, Modest Mouse is a good one too!

He he...
I'm a geezer, and my tastes have calmed down a bit since I was young. I used to really like hard core R&R, but now I like something mellower - vocals, especially. Generally I like Enya, Loreena McKennit, that kind of thing. When I feel rougher, I like Kate Bush or David Bowie (incredible vocal range for the both of 'em).
But my all time favorite is the troubadour of love, Leonard Cohen:

It really depends on what kind of mood I'm in as to what I listen to.
I love classic rock and roll, classical, drumming/nature type stuff, some techno stuff, mystical/magical, Celtic, Native American.....it's a very wide range, honestly.
