How's the weather where YOU are?
This years been a killer, weatherwise. Snow up the wazzoo, rain, wind, everything but showers of frogs. If I was a Christian, I'd be thinking "Oh! Apocalypse time!"
Today, finally, it's warm enough to open the windows without wearing a coat as well. The cats are loving it - they're rushing from window to window, trying to find a view that smells good.
Now I want to get outside. The morel mushrooms should becoming up soon, and if I don't get at least two or three good meals out of them, I'll be ticked. With all the water (snow and rain) we've gotten, there should be a bumper crop out in the woods.
Sooooo... how's the weather where YOU are?

It's been rather cold this year. ...well, for where I am. normally by now we've already had a few good weeks of 75-80 degree weather, but it's still in the 50's and 60's and it's all gloomy. That's apparently supposed to end this weekend, but we'll see. Maybe it just seems colder than it really is, because my house is cold. And I get cold really easily. It never used to be this way until my parents got bamboo floors put in. They're pretty and fun to slide around on in socks, but they don't help the warmth factor, lol!
