This is my dragon kite, it is decorative so can't fly unfortunatly but has enjoyed hanging around the rafters of my house. I made the frame and attached poster board to that. The poster board is all hand painted. Here I have a picture of me (looking more lackluster then I would have liked) standing with it.
Re: RiverSnake's dragon kite entry Ah. A yurt is what I live in. Its a round structure with a cilander of lattice walls and a conical roof. All of this is coverd by a weatherproof canvas. The structure was made from a kit. And the design is based on Mongolian Gers. I will post more descriptive pic when I get a chance.

well apparently this is the only picture I have on my computer at the moment but I will get another better one up here soon! The window flaps are down in this picture but normaly there are a few windows all around. You'll see this with the next pic
