Hmm. What am I?
I usually avoid these things. I have such a wide varying opinion of who I am, that I'll want to change it in a week. But, well, here goes nothing.
I'm known online as MaevesChild or Rowanwood, but my name is Kay. Any of the above is fine. I'd tell you what other people call me, but this is a family forum.
I flail about at art. Mostly drawing and painting, although I'll do other forms from time to time, like found object sculpture, jewelry, costuming/makeup design and writing.
I'm married, in my 30's at the moment, and live in Wisconsin. It's not nearly so backwards here as you might think, but backwards enough that I like it.
I have grand fantasies about my artistic future, but we'll see. Maybe by the time I'm eighty, I'll think I'm of a skill level to actually try to get paying work in art, but until then, I'll just dream about it.
And I wish I had a tail. A really good, prehensile tail like a tiefling from Forgotten Realms. That'd be cool
