I am Helen, born without a tail but a broken wing... emoticon

I am interested in many things, but I dont have a center focus.

I have recently become a Barbie Doll collector. Making OOAK(one-of-a-kind) Dolls & doll accessories are what I love to do now.

if I had a second chance to choose my career, I would love to be a doll designer.....

here are 2 doll dresses I made today, both Barbie & I wish all of you a very Happy Holiday season!

So... you made the clothes in the pictures? Those are wonderful! I especially like the red and black one in the second picture - the black dress in the first picture is very elegant, but the red/black combination with the gold curls appeals to my sense of the dramatic.

Did you make the dolls as well?

Very nice - and very well photographed, I might add!

yes, I made all the cloth in the pictures, one doll was partially repaintd, the other is intact.

But here is a Doll I made, I rooted her hair & eye-lashes, painted her face, made her cloth and accessories, the flower boutique is also handmade & handpainted. she is abusolately an OOAK Holiday Doll--I made as a gift for a friend. I didnt choose Red & Green, but chose purple, a color symbolizes Harmony:

Besides dolls, I also make other things such as pillow cases, photo albums & frames, greeting cards, bookmarks, handbags....

Very beautiful! - and nice color choice, too. Purple is also associated with creativity.

By the way... I forgot to mention - take a look in the Absintherium Cafe section. There's a post on the "Make a Dragon" contest. I'll be posting the exact details later (I've made the prizes, but still need to photograph them), but you might want to start thinking about something you could make. I'd love to see what you come up with!
