....It would make me so much more interesting! But alas, you'll just have to accept me as I am, and I hope that you do. emoticon

I am an artist of sorts....I guess. Art is kinda just "what I do" so to speak. It's not anything of amazing professional quality or such, but I like to work with all mediums and I haven't really had the time to perfect just one of them.

So, I hope you all enjoy my work as I'm sure I will enjoy all of yours. I'm looking forward to finding lots of inspiration and feedback here! emoticon

Wouldn't you be so annoyed with your parents if you were born with a tail and they had it surgically removed? I've been thinking about that lately because of this forum. Anyone in the West would have it wacked off at birth. Isn't that sad? But I guess it does prevent a lot of tail-pulling woes in kindergarten...

Yeah, in a way, a tail would be an interesting attention getting device. Look at all those people who have heavily tattoo'd faces to make them look like a panther or something. Wouldn't they just love a tail?

Maybe somebody could come out with a prosthetic tail...

I see a business opportunity in this...

Anyway, Sorsha, I'm glad to see you here, and I can't wait to get a look at more of your work. From what I've seen, you got some skills...

As far as inspiration goes, I find that showing what I'm working on, and looking at what others are working on, and just gernerally talking about it makes me want to do more and more.

Actually, I saw a show once on people who had body modifications to look more like an animal. Two did have prosthetic tails.

As for a tail, I feel like you do....too bad we weren't born with a tail! emoticon But, think how much easier it is to sit down, not to mention, no holes in the seat of your pants!!! LOL

Well, thank you all for the warm welcomes and interesting takes on what it would be like to have a tail! lol! It's true, they would so probably cut it off....emoticon ...wait, if we weren't meant to have tails, then why do we have tail bones? O_o I'm constantly falling down and bruising mine, so maybe it's a good thing that I don't have a tail attached to it! emoticon

Anyway, I've been browsing around, and I can see that you are all very talented! Just seeing other people's work and talent makes me want to better my own work, and I think that's a very healthy thing! emoticon

I think if we had tails we'd all be wearing kilts with slits up the back.

Hmmm... a lot of things would be very different. We'd probably have to learn how to sit down like cats.

In fact, I'm going to go practice that right now. And when I get good at it, I'm going to lick may hand and use it to comb my hair...

Well, that would be convienient...

Nah... there's a point at which one goes too far...

Flush toilets are really one of the best things ever invented, for those of us who live in cold climates. In fact, that's something I may teach my cats to use. I've heard it's possible.
