- Mezmerize - A SOAD Story Part 4
As Dia was walking home she realized it was just starting to get dark and it was alot more diffucult to carry 2 basses and a guitar then she thought.
"Gah! I cant belive this! I cant feel my arms! I should have called a cab" Dia said outloud while struggling to hold everything.
"Oh I give up!" Dia said and was just about to drop everything when she heard a car horn behind her. She turned around to see a black 2005 model Caddillac.
"Huh?" Dia thought to herslef as the beautiful EXPENSIVE car approached her and rolled down the window.
"Hey do you need a ride?" A man said from inside the car. Dia was not yet able to tell who this was because the window was still half way up.
"Ummmm who are you?" Dia asked.
"What? You dont remember me?" The man said, and now his window was fully down.
"Oh my god! Its you! Shavo! Seriously?! YOU want to give ME a ride? Dear lord this is a dream!" Dia was saying quicker and more hyper then she thought.
Shavo was just getting out of the car laughing inside at her "hyperness".
"So, you need a ride or not? It looks like your having a VERY hard time carring all that" Shavo said already taking one of the guitars out of her hand.
Dia didnt know what to do or think, it truly was so unreal. First I meet my idol now he is offering me a ride?! Wow.
"So?" Shavo said still holding her guitar. "Hey you there?" He said now waving his hand infront of her face to see if she was awake.
"Uhh-uuhh yeah! That would be great! My arms are killing me and- but wait! I dotn want to impose! You probably have somewhere important to be! You really dont have to" Dia said reaching for the guitar Shavo had taken from her.
"Nope, your coming with me! Your going to get yourself robed or soemthing! Its just safer. And no actually I dont have anywhere to be now that my tour is over" Shavo said now putting the guitar in the backseat of his car.
"Thank you so much!" Dia said.... Actually that was all she could say, she was to shocked at the entire situation to make her mouth move to speak another word.
Shavo went to grab the second guitar off Dia`s back but she wasnt paying attention when he went to grab it and fell into his chest.
"Gah! Im so sorry!" Dia said brusing his shirt off.
"Haha what? Am I really that repulsive?" Shavo said lauging.
"No not at all, I just fell on you and well well uhhh... sorry?" Dia said, her brain was just about hurting now from her racing thoughts.
"No problem, just gimmie your guitar so I can put it in my car" Shavo said pointing to one of the two guitars that was still on her back.
"Oh sure" Dia said and tried to get if off.... failing miseribly "Gah! Its stuck!"
"Hold on lemme help" Shavo said reaching his arms around her in almost a huging position "Ah here we go its just stuck to the other guitar" And with t hat he untangled the two and put them in the backseat of his car.
Dia`s POV:
"This is so damn weird, I think im going to wake up from a dream and second! He can probably tell im nervous as hell, GOD I cant belive I fell into him! Im such a clutz! And then he put his arms around me to untangle my bass! Im probably scaring him! My heart is going a mile a minuite and im sure he felt it! Damnit! What more can I do to embaress myself!"
End POV.
Before she know it she was sitting in the front seat of Shavo`s car which smelt like cigeretts, alcohol YOU NAME IT, it was a true party car for a ture party guy.
"Hey, I didnt catch you name" Shavo said.
"Uhh, its Diane but most call me Dia" Dia said now starting to feel a little more comfortable.
"Dia, I like it" Shavo said who was now lighting a cigerette.
"Uhh thanks, your name aint bad either SHARVASH!" Dia said in a joking way.
"Haha very funny but please do call me Shavo Miss. Diane" Shavo said with a smirk.
"Okay deal, but call me Dia" Dia said with a little laugh in her vioce.
"Alright that works" Shavo said taking a puff or his cigerette "Where to?"
"2198 west Valiana Street" Dia said.
"Okay, we have about a 15 minuite ride if we make all the lights" Shvo said starting his car and with that his sound system started playing Slayer.
"I see you have a great taste in music" Dia said nodding her head.
"Once a fan always a fan" Shavo said switching to an older song.
They were about half way to Dia`s when they hit a traffic jam.
