Ohio Court Decision Full of Non-Sequiturs
An Ohio appellate court found a topfree woman guilty of disorderly conduct, not because she was doing anything illegal, but because she did not obey a cop's order to cover up. Here is the URL with the text of the decision:

Re: Ohio Court Decision Full of Non-Sequiturs
I'm not a lawyer (thankfully, although I do recognize that many fulfill a vital function in our society), but it seems to me the problem is with the Bowling Green statute that says disorderly conduct is in part something deemed by others to be "offensive." You could drive the Titanic through that loophole. And also the court seems to assume, in making its differential parsing between kinds of expression, that in and of itself display of the female breast is "lewd." I hope this is appealed.
