New Hampshire Online Child Safety Act (this is actually related to topfreedom)
The State of New Hampshire recently passed the Online Child Safety Act where Indecent Exposure is defined as follows:
quote: 645:1 Indecent Exposure and Lewdness.
I. A person is guilty of a misdemeanor if such person fornicates, exposes his or her genitals, or performs any other act of gross lewdness under circumstances which he or she should know will likely cause affront or alarm.
http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/legislation/2008/SB0495.html
I think that this is a good definition and hopefully will gain universal acceptance.
This is related to topfreedom in that it treats men and women equally and makes no mention of breasts. This act and the updated laws it contains look like they will work well, punishing the real sex abusers severly whether they commit their crimes online or in person, and allowing women to bare their breasts without fear of being classified as sex offenders.

I wonder if this subject is covered in any other areas of law. I know that sometimes a single subject is covered in multiple areas of law.
