She needs to do a couple things and there is no way to arrest her legally.
1, wear some shorts, even skimpy ones
2, make sure there is a man in the parade somewhere without a shirt on.
This secures her descrimination stand if they don't arrest him too.
Being naked will get her and him arrested if they were actually totally nude, topless is a different issue but she needs to make sure there is a topless man in the parade or even standing along the sidelines somewhere.

She went to the parade and went topfree. She was dressed in a hemp thong. There were no arrests and she did not go in the parade she merely attended and walked down the street on the sidewalk.

Hooray for her.So surprised that no one is even noticing her.Surely that is how it should be in the future with anumber of people in the crown either top free or naked.Hope the photo isn't faked.

Nope not faked... Look closely the guy infront of here noticed her. He is holding a video camera on a Tripod. My guess he originally had it on the ground filming the parade.
It will be a shame he missed his daughter do her flaming baton act in the parade. He's gonna have some explaining to give his wife.
also, extreme left someone is holding a large oriental fan Infront of themselves.

Just being denied from participating in the parade is discrimination because if a shirtless man decided to be in the parade and do what she did he would not be denied. I think she should have sought some kind of legal solution for this because giving into these kind of people just gives them ammunition to do it again. This kind of blatant prejudice against topfree women has to stop. Its the 21st century, people are supposed to be more enlightened.

i say good for her... but, i think people were doing there own protest..ignoring her..except for htat one camera guy...and i am sure he was taking pictures for some newspaper or magaizine...

Looks like she found the perfect compromise. She got to be naked at a very public event without drawing unwanted attention from the police. Even the crowd looks so interested in the parade that they don't even notice her. The pre-parade publicity still got out, and people who really didn't notice her will be shocked when they learn she walked right in front of them wearing only a thong.
