I feel kinda bad for her, but I can't help but laugh while reading that.

The Smoking Gun reported that, prior to the lawsuit, officials from Victoria's Secret had asked to see the offending underwear but were refused by Patterson's lawyer.

If VS don't look at the thong, how will they know if it's a design flaw? Maybe she will get a good settlement, free thongs for life.

I think the Mythbusters guys should take this one on.

How far can you stretch a v-string before it breaks? At what velocity and distance will rhinestones/sequins etc be projected?
