PICTURES
**Runboards Policy**
Full, Frontal nudity is against Runboards TOS when showing male or female genitalia, showing male or female genitalia with the intent to arouse, showing any image that involves sexual intercourse or infers sexual intercourse with the intent to arouse, posting links to pornographic material or showing any image (including avatars and signature photos) that may not be appropriate for young members (13 years minimum). While no frontal nudity is allowed we try to bend a bit for our members and allow the use of private forums.
1. All topfree/nude pictures, must remain in the Private Nude Forum.
2. All Avatars must be in a PG Format due to Runboards TOS. If a minor (13) can see it please keep it clean.
3. All pictures, but especially topfree/nude pictures, must be tasteful. Pictures that imply or show sexual activity and/or provocation will be removed.
4. All subjects in the picture must have knowingly consented to being photographed, and must have consented to the picture being placed online.
5. Pictures must be hosted on a website that does not promote voyeurism, pornography, or similar material. For example, if a picture appears in a post that is hosted on a site like "www.voyeurweb.com", it will be deleted. This is done to prevent advertisement of voyeuristic sites and other sites that diminish topfreedom by objectifying women and scaring them into keeping their top on to prevent being photographed. A neutral site, such as ImageShack must be used instead.
4. Even if a user goes topfree/nude in public, this does not mean that they would even dream of posting pictures online or sending them privately to others. Any reports or complaints of harrassment, or even encouragement, to try to get a user to post or transmit any kind of pictures of themselves will be taken very seriously
COMPLAINTS
1. All complaints, whether regarding a specific user, the content of a post, an inappropriate subject, or any other matter, must be addressed to the board moderator (myself) privately via PM (Private Message). Upon review of the complaint, the moderator shall determine the appropriate course of action, ranging from deleting all or part of a post, to banning a user from the board altogether.
