Stuff For Practice.....New Drill

http://vimeo.com/2218293
I have a lot of time on my hands since I had my surgery on sat. (everything went well by the way) and I found this money video with a great drill. It's displayed in the first 30 seconds and at the 10min mark to the end of the movie. Enjoy

Re: Stuff For Practice.....New Drill

Having done that with my younger brother. I can say that I know its a bad idea. It's just not necessary to do that as well as stab drills which I will be asking the team to practice. The "stab" drills I have used before are basically the last few seconds of a run through one on one. I will explain more later but this drill accomplishes the same disregard for being hit as well as a skill needed in all front positions and for nearly every closing move of a game.

Sweet video though.
