Yeah, we've been hacked
I'm going to try and fix our hosting dilemma this weekend. This "spykids" group uses a vulnerability in awstats running on the server. It replaces all of the index.html files within a website with their own *stuff*. As we no longer have ftp access to the site, I cannot go and change this.
I'm still trying to get Mark's Friend's hosting service to work.
Anyone have suggestions on hosting?

Woo-Hoo! I was able to FTP to our old hosting service and update the index.html (the front page)
I could still use suggestions for hosting as we're on borrowed time. (Godaddy.com is about $45/year for hosting)

If this is still an issue (the need for hosting), the account I had set up last may is still sitting there idle, just a matter of moving the site to that server & either pointing the existing DNS servers at the correct IP for the site or changing the registrar records to use the new hosting company's name servers...
