Tighten TJ Steering

Been a while, had major back surgery, so I have been out of commission. Colin left for the Navy in October and the Jeep just sat. I decided to sell my Tundra and drive the TJ instead. Is there a way to "tighten" the steering? I checked the tie rod ends, and they seem to be okay, but especially on windy days it really is hard to keep on a straight track. Would a new steering stabilizer help?

Thanks,

Lee

Probably no. I noticed my Rubicon really gets pushed around in the wind even when new. Probably just a combination of high profile & tall tires.
