First show, good stuff !
Hi Linda
UKA shows are perfect to start. Especially this one will be quite small with 2 rings only. It will not be too different from a busy Tuesday night at club!
I might be going to this but not 100% sure as yet. I am waiting for the Lakers to confirm what Sunday training they are offering on the 26th October, as if there is anything particularly good for my dogs I might opt for Sunday training instead of going to the show.
C U soon, nice talking to you last night.
Sandrine

Re: Oh dear I've gone and done it now....
Well if you do go at least I'll have an expert to ask advice from!! Not sure if I's prefer noone there (in case we disgrace ourselves) or lots of people for support!!

Re: Oh dear I've gone and done it now....
Hi Linda
I have never done a UKA show, but know lots of people who have & it is a great place to start your agility career, without the chaos of the larger KC shows. I just hope you are prepared to catch the 'bug' - there will be no stopping you once you start competing! It is great fun, whatever happens - just remember that even the best handlers/dogs have had to have their first show sometime .... & all have (& will) make fools of themselves at some stage - that's the fun of agility!
Enjoy it!
Bridgitte
PS Sandrine .... training???

Re: Oh dear I've gone and done it now....
Don't worry about it - I have fallen over my dog on more than one occasion in the ring - just do it in a ring with a good looking judge!!!!
I have seen the e-mail about winter training, I was just remarking on Sandrine's intention to train!!
