Dog GPS locator
A few people have asked about Bonnie's GPS locator recently.
If you wantmore info the website is http://www.zoombak.co.uk
The locator allows you to track the dog via the Zoombak website, and you can set up a "safe zone" or zones and it will text your phone or email you if the dog leaves the zone. You can also set it to send a text or email when the battery gets to 25% so that you know to recharge it.
One charge lasts about 3 days used 12 hours a day.
The texts are good for telling you the dog has left the zone, but the location info they send is not perfect with regards to street names - though it might be better if you live in town ( The field between the white house and hill farm might be beyond its ability lol)
The map on the website works well though.
The locator is sealed in a rubber sleeve so its fine when the dog swims etc.

Well Zoombak have closed the uk business. I'm looking for another and will post when I have found one!!
