week-end 27 + 28th SEPTEMBER
At Southdowns yesterday, ANNE AND MINTY won G2 Agility by 3 seconds.
Grade 3 here they come!
They also got a 5th steeplechase on Sat at UKA, and a 4th in P&S and 9th in Steeplechase at Scrambles.
Some sad news, Jess ( who belongs to Anne's mum) passed away this weekend, she had a fit on a walk and didn't wake up. She was a lovely little dog and won Anne out of G1.
Other results from the week-end include:
Sat UKA - Sandrine & Bliss 2nd in Senior SC ; and 2nd Senior Jumping. Only a few points away from CHAMP level !!!
Fifo and Meg had a couple of clear rounds in Novice classes on Saturday, just outside the placings.
Sunday Southdowns:
Sandrine and Jay 1st in G1-3 Jumping ( HURRAY!!! ). I only had an hour lesson with Karen last Wednesday to boost my confidence, and improve his jump action. Thank you Karen Trainer Extraordinaire!!!
Sandrine & Bliss - first show at G5 level, and so nearly won into G6 !!!! Only beaten in the Agility by 0.15 of a second !!! So 2nd place. Plus a 4th in G3-5 Jumping, and a clear round in her other Jumping class. We're getting consistent!!
Sharon & Riley 5th in G3-5 Jumping.
Karen running Michelle's Mav 8th in G1-3 Jumping ( his first top 10 place at KC ! ).
Tracy and Quik 2nd in the G4-5 Jumping. It was a very fast course! Riley and Bliss went round clear in 23 seconds and a bit ; and were out of the placings.
22 seconds was winning it, and Tracy just a fraction of a second behing winning time. Her dog is very aptly named!!
Sorry if I have missed anyone, that's all I remember at the minute.

WILL & SCOUT Finished second in a time of 29.90
Winner was 29.89
HOW CLOSE IS THAT ??!!!

Suffolk Five Rivers Show
Out of 6 runs this weekend TIM & JED accumulated places: on Saturday 4th in Grade 7 jumping and 6th in Grade 7 agility, Sunday 2nd in Grade 7 jumping and 2nd in Grade 7 agility and 10th in 4-7 P/Speed. Way to go boys !
