Warhammer Quest Forever!
This site is far TOO COOL!
Q: What do you do with your old Warhammer Quest Boxed Set?
A: First, ask yourself one question; Do you enjoy playing it?
If the answer to this is yes, Keep it... it's worth more to be able to pull it out and play it now and again, than to exchange it for a pile of cash that will be gone tomorrow!
If the answer is no, Get that set up on ebay so that someone who wants to play... can! Then you'll have some extra spending money, and make someone else's day!
***Awefully glad to find you guy's! If I ever get my Supplemental Campaign (complete with printable cards) finished, I'll post it here! Thanks for all the hard work, and for literally keeping this great game alive!

Re: Warhammer Quest Forever!
Glad you like the site.
I would never ever sell my copy of Warhammer Quest, or Talisman 2nd edition either. Or actually, any of GW old boardgames.
Looking forward to reading your supplemental campaign.

Re: Warhammer Quest Forever!
Man, I'll never sell any of mine either!
I collected all I could before GW gave up on quest. I also have all of the Brockhouse Tiles printed, mounted and nicely packed in their own boxed set, complete with cards and the complete set of rules that go along with them. I also have an incredible selection of Quest mini's and am still building. Quest on!

Re: Warhammer Quest Forever!
Andrew and Michael, remember their site? It was called Warhammer Quest. I'm not sure if this is their site, but it looked just like: http://www.wqchronicles.com/ If this is not their site, the site certainly contains the same boards they had (complete with cards to play with them) and all those cool new rules additions, as well as an actual WQ computer game!

Re: Warhammer Quest Forever!
More on the Brockhouses:
It was the incredible amount of detail and completeness offered in their submissions that got me into creating a whole new Expansion Pack for WQ. (my house burnt down, which threw my attention to other things over the last couple of years, and winters are my biggest crunch times for WQ editting, so it will take some time to complete)
The Expanssion Pack includes Many new cards in a completely different format. Making cards the original way was taking too much time (although I have made hundreds of them) so I decided to go Monopoly Card style by resizing everything to business card size. This was cool, and all of the board sections I have, including the originals are currently done in decks this way.
Since then, I have finally found perforated, printable index (4 x 6") cards. A bit more expensive, but allows you to have a lot of information on one card. Once the resize format was created, the cards look absolutely superb! Now, for set-ups with multiples of any dungeon tiles, you can create custom cards with many different event possibilities right on the card for specific quests! For example, Within the new expansion, there are a few options from which to chose:
Basic - Same as original WQ with new content
Campaign - works with or without GM
Area Specific - Using campaign sets for basic play
The campaign includes a story briefing with background information and instruction as how to play and Card files to print out onto index cards. If you don't want to shell-out for the special cardstock, you can print them on paper, but be warned... the expansion is free, but the printer ink is not! But it's worth it if you like to play WQ!
The Campaign Cards include Adventure, Event, Campaign and Dungeon Cards.
Campaign Cards are actually custom dungeon cards. The Back is specific to an area, climate or adventure. The face includes the dungeon tile thumbnail, description of the room-as usual, but more specific and additional info regarding special events or other situations pertaining to the campaign. This is where you can really add a lot of flavor to your gaming experience by using one of these decks in place of the standard ones.
I like cards, so I made all of the treasure cards from the Brockhouse site... whew! Double whew! That's a lot of cutting! Since there is an obvious difference between the cards, I role to see if I pick from custom or original cards. Nonetheless, the only treasure included in the expansion (unless someone changes my mind) will be in the form of tables. The set will also include all of the Dungeon Tiles necessary to play for printout, even though I didn't make them

We're famous! Hehe, yep this is still our site. Glad you like all the rules and boards etc! It's been a while since we've updated it unfortunately. Hopefully there will be some new stuff before too long!
