Wow! as of January 18th, 2009, I see the Dwarf and the Witch Hunter have taken the lead with FIVE votes each. EDIT (this sentence added on 21 Jan): Then someone voted for the Pit fighter bringing him up to FIVE votes as well.
I would have expected the Wardancer to get more votes, but he only has TWO votes so far. Interesting.
Another surprise to me is that the Wizard is tying for second place with the Imperial Noble, the Pit Fighter and the Elf Ranger Mage. All of these had FOUR votes as of this reply.
I thought I would mention these things, since the total votes will change over time.

As of this post, I notice that the Wizard, the Pit Fighter and the Elf Ranger have all joined the Dwarf and the Witch Hunter for first place (five votes each).

Wow! I never would have dreamed that the Wizard was so popular. As of this post, the Wizard has taken first place with 6 votes.
A statistical note as of this post: the average voter has only voted for two Warriors (three votes at once is allowed).

i think that witch hunter vote was mine
playing a game at the moment,witch hunter,elf ranger knight,wizard and imperial noble,currently fighting against the odds in deep one karak azgal,trapped outside the minotaurs room after rolling four,yes four ones in power phase in succession...
smite'ing the foul denizens with his rightous wrath..
smite once,smite twice,hell smite them again..

Bretonnian KNight got my vote. I mean, come on, how often do you get to be a virtuous hero, beloved by all and sung about by minstrels? The best the other characters can expect when they go to town is that the townsfolk throw fresh vegetables at them when they are chasing them back out.
