Progress, Mashed Buddha, Arlene Faith and More!
Well things are moving along and progress is being made toward getting the webisodes online again. I am still working on getting emails out to everyone, but my list is getting shorter. I am still waiting to hear from many artists as to whether or not they are still interested in being played on WCER, but so far the artists who have emailed me back have been most gracious.
I am not just contacting the current list of artists appearing in the WCER programs, I am actively trying to recruit new faces. I am quite pleased to add Arlene Faith to the programs. Arlene is a wonderful new age Celtic violinist and WCER will be webcasting music from her ‘New Age Trilogy’ works which includes the CD’s ‘Spirit of the Celtic Violin’, ‘River of Dreams’, and her latest release ‘Luna Wings’. John Corda, the man behind Mashed Buddha, or rather is Mashed Buddha, has released a follow up CD to ‘Subdue Your Mind’ called ‘Zen Conspiracy’ featuring some fantastic drum-bass sounds mashed with deep transition from piano to ambient and everywhere in between. John was one of the first artists to appear on WCER and it is always a pleasure dealing with him. MB has been gracious enough to allow me to play music from the new CD on WCER and he will definitely be appearing in the ‘new debut’ of Cosmic Elephant Web Radio.
