Tutorial 1.2 - Subtracting with Excel

In cell B2, enter the word Subtract

In cell B3, enter the the number 1275

In cell B4, enter the number 25

In cell B5, enter the formula.... D3-D4

Excel displays in B5 the result of subtracting the contents of B4 from B3

Note: Excel's subtraction key is the Hyphen key (-) to the left of the = key on most keyboards
